If we don’t rebel, if we’re not physically in an active rebellion, then it’s spiritual death.” ― Chris Hedges

Julia Gillard Traitor and Usurper of the Office of Prime Minister

The Traitor Julia Gillard when asked by Journalist Kerry O’Brien on the ABC's 7.30 Report continually refused to answer the question of what were the reasons for her turning against Prime Minister Rudd and then to plot behind his back to remove him from the Office of the ELECTED Prime Minister. Gillard cited the lame excuse that it would be improper to discuss the content of a PRIVATE conversation with Rudd. WRONG! As the holder of a Public Office - you do not have any right to secrets concerning the Offices of the Australian government - you do not have the right to withhold from the Australian public information that relates to the subterfuge concerning a plot to overthrow the ELECTED Prime Minister of Australia - You are not the Prime Minister of Australia just because the representative of a foreign Queen says you are - The Australian people decide who will be the Prime Minister of Australia and if they don't now - the systems should and will be changed to ensure that the Australian people DO decide who will and who won't Govern this Nation!

It is ridiculous to talk about equality and then make a novelty of the fact that Gillard is a woman and sell the ‘first time this’ ‘first time that’ etc etc nonsense! Margaret Thatcher was the ‘first’ and a villain, Golda Meir was a 'first’ and a villain – that women can be villains in public office is not a novelty – this 'first woman' nonsense is a distraction technique used to cloud the issue. Our ELECTED Prime Minister was removed from Office by a gang of usurpers that did not seek the opinion of the Australian nation – since when did Politicians make the executive decision to remove and empower The Prime Minister of this Nation – well, actually, two times before; Jack Lang was ousted from Office by a sneaky cloak-and-dagger plot. Gough Whitlam was overthrown by a plot involving the Queen of a foreign country.

You are not the Prime Minister Mr. Kevin Rudd Is the ELECTED Prime Minister of this country and I will not recognise any usurper of the Office of Prime Minister and I call on all Australian patriots to support their country, to support their ELECTED Prime Minister and by refusing to accept this Corporate Coup D’état by the Mining Industrial Complex and resist until a successful counter-Coup by the Australian people can restore our Prime Minister Mr. Kevin Rudd to his rightful Office of Prime Ministerial governance!

“Every citizen must be prepared to defend [their] country against [their] Government”! Benjamin Franklin, co-signatory and author: The Declaration of Independence.

Fellow Patriots, it is not ‘about’ the Office of Prime Minister per se; it is ‘about’ who decides who holds the Office of the Prime Minister!

The miners in Peter Lalor's patrol were all sworn in by him before the ‘Battle of the Eureka Stockade’.

'It is my duty now to swear you in and to take with you the oath to be faithful to the Southern Cross. Hear me with attention. The man who, after this solemn oath, does not stand by our Standard is a coward in heart. I order all persons who do not intend to take the oath to leave at once.'

'We swear by the Southern Cross to stand truly by each other and fight to defend our rights and liberties.'

Julia Gillard has assassinated the legitimate PM and Australia will reject her for it. Classic tragic hero stuff: "Vaulting ambition" "double agents" and eventually restitution!!

Rudd should have seen it coming. The timing was excellent.....the last day of parliment. Gillard must have been plotting for a long time. She should remember however that those who live by the sword die by the sword!

Australia's system is not a presidential one - thank God. We do not elect Prime Ministers we elect political parties. If a party chooses to change it's leader, whenever or however that may occur - they will be judged on that act by the voters at the next election.

A presidential system in this country would result in far more campaigning and a lot more constitional argy bargy - we don't need it.

@anonymous 10:12am the point is where the scam lies - they campaign on a populist platform selling the personality of the proposed Prime Minister and then hide behind the shyte excuse you just wheeled-out. We should make campaign promises a matter of affidavit - if they can't accept responsibility for their 'promises' they shouldn't make them. As for a Presidential system resulting in more campaigning and argy bargy - Why? Because that's your opinion or do you have supporting information? I wouldn’t cite human nature if I were you, semantics are a lame hiding place. The ballot papers should be simple, specific and aimed at recognising the proposed Prime Minister as a responsible party and all major Portfolio holders and Front Bench positions should be nominated on this Ballot and so responsibility for argy bargy would by natural effect be a liability for those of less than adequate integrity. True democracy is hard work; which is exactly why TPTB pretend that we are a Democracy – lazy people don’t form angry mobs and storm the Houses of Parliament. Australia is not a Democracy it is a Constitutional Monarchy, with only a fragmented and partial legitimised constitution, together with an illegitimate Legal system undersigned by a foreign Monarch that has control and no legal right to interfere. Australians have been governed by crooks and cronies operating from the basis of an ad hoc pseudo political community we erroneously refer to as the country of Australia. I will be posting shortly explaining these points I make – Australia need independence from all external influences including the Corporate and Media Robber Barons that currently hold dual citizenship. I shall name them in my next Post.

Rubbish Veritas 6464. Kevin Rudd was removed by the same people who elected him as Prime Minister - members of the governing parliamentary party - the same people who elected Julia Gillard as Prime Minister.

Read their oaths of office. Those oaths require them to commit to serve the people of Australia -not to the unswerving support of a failing Prime Minister. Julia Gillard had a duty to challenge Kevin Rudd.......and when she did she was elected in the same way other Australian Prime Ministers have been elected.

Anonymous @4.36am – EXACTLY MY POINT! They campaign on a populist (Presidential?) platform – SELLING the ‘personality’ of the candidate and then cite ‘fine print’ to an un-educated voting public as an EXCUSE for their duplicity. FACT!
I have been employed at one time or another as a Media consultant and Publicist by both sides of this con – The Australian people are constantly hoodwinked by these bought and paid for scumbags! The current scam system has to be changed!

WE need a revolution NOW!

Also, to defend this system as you are doing, by ‘justifying’ it (read; ‘perpetuating’ the lie); you show yourself to be a supporter and therefore part of the problem. Typically ‘anonymous’ which dilutes your comment.

Actually I don't think the Prime Minister is elected by us. We vote for the representatives of a political party, and the party that forms government decides who the prime minister is. Not saying that this is a good thing, but that seems to be how it works. For now.
